Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Buildlist listing. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for paid plans.
Eligibility
If your paid listing has a technical issue we cannot resolve, or it was charged in error, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Because paid listings provide promotional value as soon as they go live, refunds for listings that have already been published and featured are considered case by case.
Non-refundable cases
- Listings removed for violating our Terms of Service or acceptable use rules.
- Requests made after the featured period has been substantially delivered.
- Dissatisfaction with search rankings or traffic, which we do not guarantee.
How to request a refund
Email hello@buildlist.io from the address on your account with your listing name and the reason for the request. We review every request and respond promptly.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment provider. It may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
